Attention all music lovers living in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area!
The great acoustic duo The Lords of Liechtenstein will be performing live at the Court Tavern (124 Church Street New Brunswick NJ) this coming Friday, October 8th at 10pm. Unfortunately its a 21+ show however if you are 21 or have a fake ID you should definitely come out and support this great local band. Plus tickets are only $7. If you don’t know who The Lords of Liechtenstein are check out our previous post here. Be sure to RSVP on their facebook event as well! I will also be there promoting Turn Up Your Speakers so definitely come say hi (I will be the kid handing out TUYS stickers). Hope to see you there!
Not only did I hit the road to bring you guys a live concert experience, I am also proud to announce that this will be our first Local Music Artist Spotlight! The Knowmads are a four piece band hailing from Marlboro, NJ. Although the band has only been together for a little over a month, the chemistry between the band members is incredible. They are all very talented musicians who really have a feel for music. Their jams are awesome and make you want to dance and their ability to seamlessly change genres on a dime serves as a tribute to their talent. This is the second show they have ever played together and it was a great time (I wasn’t at their first show because I was seeing Sound Tribe Sector 9). The members have gone off to college for now but come Thanksgiving Break I will hopefully have some new music from The Knowmads for everyone to enjoy. I’ve posted some live videos along with a sound board recording so that everyone can put them on their ipods and and enjoy their music on the go 🙂
P.S. If any other bands want us to post their music, feel free to email your stuff with a small description of the band to firstname.lastname@example.org
